The bottom of the tower is the touristic area, 5 souvenir shops and restaurants. There is a mini-theatre in the touristic area shows a documentary on the construction of KL Tower every 15 minutes. It is free! The verdant green surrounding Menara KL is the Bukit Nanas Forest – the only oldest gazetted forest reserve in the country.
